I am physically and mentally sound to proceed with exercise, Jenkins Gym is not liable for any loss of property or accidents, whether or not these are contributed by Jenkins Gym, its staff, or members. Refunds are not given for unused memberships.

Memberships may be cancelled by Jenkins Gym if a member’s behaviour interferes with the enjoyment of others (in such cases refunds are not given, and liability remains for any still owing). Jenkins Gym reserves the right to cancel any membership.

For the enjoyment of your workout and those around you, there are to be NO children in the main gym or group fitness room, unless it is a supervised programme run by Jenkins Gym.

You are able to transfer your membership to anyone that has not been a member of Jenkins Gym for the past 6 months. An appointment with the Sales Manager must be made, where you and the new member must be present. A transfer fee of $75 must be paid at the time of appointment to complete the transfer.

You may suspend your membership at anytime. The minimum hold time is 2 weeks, and the maximum time is 3 months per membership. Go to www.jenkinsgym.co.nz to do this. Your hold time may not be backdated for any reason.
